The thermal time constant of the STS Series is measured as follows (the heat capacity of the aluminum block is included):
* The sensor is screwed to an aluminum block (120l x 120w x 20tmm) and the block is submerged into 25℃ water (the sensor is above the surface of the water) and then the block is then moved into 50℃ water.
